Charles welcomed us right after parking. We had excellent communication over WhatsApp. He went above and beyond to make our stay as memorable as possible. The pictures on the site are a good idea about the view but the real thing is much more breathtaking. Both the balcony and the bedroom offer a unique sight onto the Caribbean sea from indigo bay. Washing machines and snorkelling equipment are both provided. Parking is easy and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. A carrefour is 5 minutes away by car to get supplies. Beach towels and robes are provided too. Good pool amenities and sun beds.

Unfortunately there was construction next door and also the beach that’s close by, but that’s a temporary issue. The utensils could be upgraded, they’ve lost some of the black coating on them.

The location was awesome. The views are amazing. The host was very informative on what ever we needed. To sum it up this will one of our get away for the year . I have spoken to my friends and they are coming.

To be honest the hot water tank needs to be a larger for more hot water and the wifi could be a little better in the bedroom and on the balcony.

By far the best experience with my family in St. Maarten and surely will be back!!!! Rated 10/10!!!!

I love the views, the ease of booking the helpfulness of the host with providing excursion and rental car companies with great rates, and there is also a concierge if you need any further assistance. I love that there were pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware, a coffee maker, a blender, cutware, a cutting board, iron, free WiFi, a firestick, towels, a laundry station, AC, and cleaning supplies provided. You would need to bring your own tissue and paper towels though which is listed in the description.

The only thing I would suggest is a bug zapper or some time of repellent for the mosquitos on the balcony area because we weren't out there more than 10 mins without being bitten numerous times. Maybe a secondary blanket for the living room pullout and a heavier blanket for the bedroom due to the AC unit blowing directly on you. Another suggestion to guest is to grab a bag of ice due to the water issues you can't make ice cubes unless the water is filtered.

I would most definitely return to this place when back in st maarten, place had pretty much everything I needed, We had the best vacation we’ve ever had . The views were amazing, the parnoramic bedroom is unique. The pool over the sea is hudge . that gated community is safe and quiet.

I love the location and the view. The views were amazing and the assisting staff was as helpful as she could be.

There were an immense amount of insects. From Large and small ants to water bugs and wasps. I am 7 months pregnant and terrified of bugs, so this made me uncomfortable. There are like 3-4 wasp nests on both balconies which makes it hard to relax and enjoy. Additionally, the bedroom balcony door didn’t lock and the curtain didn’t go to the end which made the sunlight beam in every morning. No late sleep allowed in room 01. The bed and couch are also hard hard hard!!! It was so hard for me to get comfortable on these surfaces, especially being pregnant. Also, having an available cleaning crew would be nice as this is a vacation location. Visitors don’t come to clean, they come to relax and get some rest.
