The property is great! Location is in a very quiet spot with a beach bar which is about 3-5 minute walk away. Great pool and the concierge Matilde and Kevin were excellent! The condo itself is super clean and comfortable. You can cook and they have all utensils you need to do so. Simpson Bay, Maho beach and Philipsburg is a short taxi ride away for nightlife and different beaches with shopping and restaurants/bars. We absolutely loved our stay.

No dislikes but as walkers, we like to walk everywhere on vacation. Due to Indigo Bay being quieter and secluded, you’ll have to taxi to nightlife (other than the Indigo Bay beach restaurant which is VERY good) but, they link you with Jessy, a local taxi driver, who is great as well so don’t worry about not being able to get around. They’ll have you covered!!

The view was amazing despite the clouds! ☁️ The pool was great too! 🏊‍♀️ The nearby beach was a short walk (5 mins max!), but watch out for the rocks! 🪨 The room was spacious and beautiful, perfect for two. 😍 From my room, I could even see Saba and Agullia on a clear day! ☀️🌅 We pretty much had the whole place to ourselves, and the hosts were so friendly! 🤗 Overall, 10/10! 💯

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Condostmaarten!! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, and everything we dreamed it would be. It was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The view was simply breathtaking—we spent every morning and evening on the balcony soaking it all in. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and some of the island’s most stunning beaches. It made exploring St. Maarten easy and enjoyable. Whether we were lounging by the pool or coming home after a day of adventure, we felt completely at home. This condo truly played a big part in making our vacation unforgettable. The property was beautiful and Mathilda was really accommodating and nice.

The apartment photos did not show the real apartment! We booked a Panoramic Ocean View room, but we've got a Panoramic Bay View room! We checked out after one night, but we never got refunded for the remaining 5 nights! I don't recommend booking this apartment!

Our stay here March/April ‘25 was phenomenal. The views are amazing. The property is clean, well maintained in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The restaurant next door is just a short walk with amazing food and beach chair service. The Concierge services provided by Kevin and Mathilde were fantastic. They were very proactive with communication helping us book great excursions and car rental service in advance of the trip. The property is a short 15-20 minute drive to very active areas of the island, but gives you a quiet place to retreat and enjoy away from everything.

No breakfast. The location is fairly remote.

Keeping in mind that the location is rather remote and accessible only by car or taxi basic needs like drinking water, toilet paper and paper towels should be on hand for the duration of your guest’s stay. It would also be helpful to advise your guests in advance that there are no shopping facilities near the condo. If nothing else it would save on duplicate taxi expense.

Two things really stood out to us: The location on the island. This bay was quite and not crowded. We visited many bays/beaches and this was by far the best. Second, the concierges were amazing and engaging. Mathilde and Kevin were there for any questions we had, both in person and by text. They really made the stay above average. We were there for 15 days and we were able to see the amount of work they put into the operation of the condos and the attention to detail and cleanliness. We took a walk every morning, through lovely neighborhoods and areas where new building is taking place. We even lucked out and saw seven monkeys one morning!

I would suggest a better description of the condo that is rented. We assumed that we rented a condo with a balcony facing the water and a glass wall view. I did not notice that we secured a "standard" room. It only had a small balcony on the side of the building. We were able to upgrade to the room we desired halfway through out stay so we were able to have the view we were hoping for. This could have been user error on my part, but something to keep in mind when booking a unit. We are both recently retired public servants so our hope was to do it up right, and we did!!

Ce lieu est tout simplement magnifique à couper le souffle ! Tout était parfaitement propre, et la vue sur la mer était absolument impressionnante. Nous avons adoré chaque moment passé ici et avons le cœur brisé de devoir partir. La conciergerie de l’établissement Mathilde et Kevin méritent une mention spéciale : ils sont adorables, remarquablement accueillants et ont grandement contribué à l’organisation de notre séjour. L’appartement était impeccablement propre et très confortable, ce qui nous a permis de bien dormir. Nous n’avions vraiment pas envie de repartir ! Un séjour parfait, nous reviendrons sans hésiter. FONCEZ !
