Absolutely amazing! Pics are not highlighted or photoshopped. It really looks like that! Super clean, quiet and peaceful. Spent hours on the balcony without mosquitos or flies bothering us. You can’t beat waking up to that view. Off the beaten path so better to have a car but if you don’t. The concierge Kevin and Mathilda ( sorry if I spelled it wrong) are on site to help you with what ever you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They were awesome! Cons (not really), but to save electricity the air conditioning shuts off when you leave but cools off quick when you return. Shower pressure could be better. Neither were much of an issue for us. Indigo beach is a little rocky in spots but stunning and quiet. We had it to ourselves on more than one occasion. Rent loungers and umbrellas from the restaurant. Food was awesome there and the owner is very cool. There’s soon to be a resort on the beach so doubt it’ll be so secluded in the coming years but we’ll be back for sure.

The condo itself along with the spectacular views were exceptional. The condo was extremely clean and decorated with a minimalistic contemporary flair. The bed is extremely comfortable and made with high end linens and pillows. The pool was relaxing and quite private. It was nice to have access to a small washing machine. (Please note no dryer, but there are nice drying racks)

the only minor thing that bothered us was that we were not met upon arrival, and we had some questions that took a while to get answered. Even if they had offered to meet up with us later, it would have been helpful. They only left a very small (new) roll of toilet tissue which for such a high-end rental we thought was somewhat cheap. We requested another roll and while they were hesitant, they did provide one. They do not provide much, only 2 very small pods for espresso, etc. But overall, we would rather have a very clean minimalistic condo than a cluttered over stocked one. The maid accidently neglected to leave bath towels, which we did not notice until bedtime, but they did bring two the next day,

The location was perfect. Very quiet, secluded beach. Easy parking and travel to the airport. There is sometimes heavy traffic near the airport. Beautiful views, could hear the ocean all day and night. Very good price for the condo. Concierge was very helpful and accommodating. Condo had a good kitchen set up and a grocery store is less than 5 minute drive. Recommend a car to be able to go to all the amazing island areas. Everything is close in proximity, for example Simpson Bay is around 8 minute drive if you want more night life. We appreciate a quiet area.

It would be nitpicking to say I didn't like anything. Cannot complain! Just a word of advice you cannot drink the water. Host provides a complementary bottle in the fridge. From all the restaurants we went to on the island I don't think anyone drinks the tap water.

CondoStMaarten by the Sea was absolutely stunning with brand new amenities and breathtaking views of the beach and the sunrise and sunset in the morning were so beautiful. Our concierge team, Mathilde and Kevin were exceptional and handled every single excursion, dinner and beach club reservations along with transport whenever we needed it, even arranging deliveries to our door. Transport was very easy. Mathilde and Kevin were so friendly, always available to answer our questions and incredibly responsive. They made this experience feel like a private oasis. We will absolutely work with them for all future trips to the island and highly recommend Mathilde & Kevin at CondoStMaarten by the Sea!
