I love this place! It was so clean, amazing view, and priced very well. Staff was super sweet and went above and beyond to assist in everything.

Absolutely loved it! Definetly a hidden gem!

The building is almost brand new and the apartment is well furnished and well equipped. The pool area is great and stays warm even when the sun is out. Location wise you need a car but there is a beautiful beach with an outstanding beach bar / restaurant right on it (definitely do eat there, food is amazing). Also, the concierge (Mathilde & Kevin) were very friendly and helpful, even on short notice.

The building seems to be deteriorating quickly but it definitely still has a premium feel to it.

the view is beyond amazing! the rooms are exactly as pictured. the pool is large and lovely. the condo is just a short walk down the hill to the nearby beach. the concierges Kevin and Mathilde were super helpful and kind! I'll definitely make this my annual birthday retreat.

the wifi wasn't great. low signal in the bedroom and no signal on the balcony. there was also an issue with the television that Kevin and Mathilde took a couple hours to sort out. i was grateful for their persistence. the couch is still very hard and uncomfortable (i saw other reviewers warn about it). the location is a bit out of the way in a quiet residential area, which I loved, but if you're into nightlife and restaurants you'll have to take a $40 taxi or rent a car.

The most incredible view in Sint Maarten overlooking Indigo Bay. You can actually see cruise ships going by while lying down in your bed. The pictures describing don’t do justice to the actual truly beautiful view!

Everything is modern and well kept. The Concierge, Charles is amazing and ensured we enjoyed our stay. Everything was PERFECT!

Do NOT use the shuttle/taxi service through NONO car rental. The owner or manager (Ryan) will have you late or miss your departure flight altogether. He also will not answer your calls or text when attempting to confirm they’re on the way to get you. Picked us up 40min late and we just barely made our flight and still never received a text or call back.

The view was amazing.

The A/C in condo 1 was not as strong. It took hours to start to feel the cool air. The condo never fully got cold. But it was decent enough to fall asleep in.

Every thing location was great , the quitness and tge sound of the beach especially at night ..

The internet wasnt great .
