It was somewhat difficult to find it at night, otherwise we would highly recommend

Our stay was better than our initial reaction to the property. Accommodation is at the back of a car hire company /residence. The room was large, and the beds were comfortable. The pool needs renovating but is still usable. Supermarket very close by and only 10 minute walk to waterfront. The staff were helpful, they recommended Pitate (Chinese) restaurant, it was very close by and the food was good. Staff also drove us to the airport for a very reasonable price.

Good location, walkable to the ferry port and downtown.

After a beautiful 10-days exploring Tahiti and Mo'orea we had booked our final night at this accommodation, before catching our flight. We were disappointed as soon as we entered our room. We are fair and honest people and typically find the positives with accommodations and have never felt the need to leave a review such as this before. The young lady at reception during check-in was quite apathetic and did not come across as warm and welcoming. A different lady on reception at check-out was lovely to her credit. The room was not welcoming. There was a pungent drain smell thoughout the room. The window was smashed (albeit patch repaired), and, the bathroom was in need of a deep clean. We had to rinse the shower before we could use it, to remove the build up of hair from previous guests, which also led to the slow draining away of the water. See the list below: - No breakfast option discussed or provided - No coffee machine (there was a kettle with two dirty cups and one dirty mug) - No drying rack for clothes - No 'concierge service' that was obvious - Smoke detector in drawer (must be against H&S Regs.) - Couldn't locate a carbon monoxide detector - No mosquito net - Less than half a roll of toilet paper was provided - Told that they do not offer a laundry service or have self-serve machines available when asked at check-in. This was a big one for us as we had been on an island for a week and, was the reason we booked this accommodation, we needed to wash our clothes before moving onto our next destination. - WiFi connection was poor Unfortunately, we had also noticed that there were cockroaches in our room, which made us feel very uncomfortable.

This property is very minimal and simple. Didn’t feel like the area was safe. Only a sheet on the bed . The blanket in the closet was from the airlines and very small ! Not meant for a bed. Roosters crowing at all hours and dogs are barking . This is for the budget conscious those not sensitive to noise

Room was clean and spacious. No hot water in the shower. Roosters in the area are very noisy until late evening and again very early in the morning.

It’s okay

It is close to the big Market but unfortunately only the food vendors are open on Sunday, a few craft people were open. They offered us service to the airport for 2000 cfp which was less than the taxi ride there was 3750 cfp.

This room was very dirty. It was a huge letdown for the conclusion of our stay in Paradise. The only things clean were the bed sheets and 2 towels. The room needs a deep cleaning. We couldn't wait to leave. It was one night only. Thank God. Communication with the owner was limited prior to arrival.

It was not what I expected, but overall great

4 nuits a Tea Tahiti, un super accueil, cependant , dommage de ne pas avoir pu profiter de la piscine qui manquait d'entretien. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un bon rafraichissement et d'un éclairage plus conséquent.

After making loops around the block 3 times and trying alleyways - I could not find even a marked door or house. There was no number to call for directions, and there's no map in instructions/booking confirmation. It's a very dangerous neighborhod, should not be on hotels.com in my opinion- there was literally a fight in the middle of the main street as we were pulling up.
