Lovely owners easy to deal with

Close to the centre.

Ideal quiet location, but only 5 minutes walk or 1 minute drive to town centre, tour bus pick-ups etc. Basic units but clean, comfortable & fully self-contained. The optional rental car with unit was clean and modern. Fast replies from owners both when booking and during stay.

Excellent hospitality and wonderfully clean, we’d stay here again for sure.

Location was great and was as “advertised” ..everything needed for every day living except for a dustpan & brush. A floor mop would have been helpful if we were expected to clean the unit before leaving. The hostess was very friendly and helpful in every way.

The exception was the “advertised” “Wheelchair Access” This was not so and should not be classed as such. This was not satisfactory.

Our group was separated due to overbooking. Early emails were 'no reply '. Host arranged a car which we refilled. Verified costs on arrival at $1280 for 4 nights charged $1540 no explanation.

Easier access to information. Fletcher Christian unit next to RSL was noisy. Unit was not like pictures advertised.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment and found it very comfortable and clean. The host organised a hire car for us which at first glance seemed a bit old and rough but once we started driving on the roads we were grateful for the 4WD compared to the other tiny new hire cars. We explored the whole island with the "local car" and had no trouble on dirt roads or access to tricky spots. The location was perfect for us as it was quiet but a couple of minute's walk into town. I found 2 local gyms and went to them each morning and there were ample coffee shops around. We also loved the chickens visiting our back door each morning.
