It was beautiful layout done to a high standard lovely and clean welcoming

Only one entrance making it difficult to unpack as can't park outside the door this could make things difficult for any mobility issues

Location was good Site facilities are good

Not clean Uncomfortable beds Not enough seating for 3 Shower smells

It was a quiet and nice little property.

A lovely place to stay. Very comfortable, and homely. Lovely decorated inside. Home from home. Great size balcony. Being winter never got to sit outside. But I can imagine sitting there in the summer. Seen lot's of people walking their dogs. So very doggie friendly site.

Great location and lovely accomodation . Defib-natley will use again and very relaxing .

Fantastic little chalet a few minutes walk from the beach, i took everything but the kitchen sink thinking it wouldn't have anything BUT it was fully kitted out ( even a corkscrew and wine glasses 🍷) electric is on a smart meter which you pay for when you leave - I used less than £10 for a two night stay in winter with heating on. There's even tea and coffee and milk on arrival and toilet paper, just take yourself and food !

Well equipped kitchen comfortable bed . car parking is up to the chalet there is tea coffee for when you get there all cleaning products loo rolls tea towel to dry pots and a clean dish cloth very large tv wifi good hot shower and nice and clean with a view out the patio doors and car parking under the kitchen window was a 15 min walk to the beach and 30 min walk to the centre of mablethorpe Tesco's is 15mins drive or coop there was a dog bowl and a new ball and treats waiting for the dogs on arrival pleasantly surprised JUST SO ITS CLEAR YOU PAY FOR YOUR STAY THEN PAY £100 DEPOSIT TO A 3RD PARTY YOU PAY PER DOG ASWELL AND THERE IS A METER THAT SHOWS THE AMOUNT OF ELECTRICITY YOU HAVE USED ON YOUR STAY YOU TAKE A PHOTO OF IT WHEN YOU ARRIVE AND LEAVE THEN SEND IT TO THE OWNER AND THEY TAKE IT OUT OF YOUR DEPOSIT AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR BEDDING BUT YOU CAN TAKE YOUR OWN WE DID the deposit was paid back in my bank after id sent my bank details to the owner when i got home and paid in very quickly good communication very nice :-)

Having to pay for electric, from deposit, 1st time I've had to do this
