That after booking we had to pay extra for sheets

The chalet was very clean and comfortable.It had everything we needed even a veranda. The site was very quiet and a beach within walking distance The chalet was.dog friendly which is a bonus. I would like to stop longer because we only stayed 1 night

The only fault was the lack of the chalet directions but once sorted it was fine. The chalet park is lovely, we have stopped there before. There is no shops only a very small club but it's a long walk to the town/shops so a car is needed if elderly etc

Had to pay a deposit then before we checked in the automated message wanted more deposit then we'd already paid as advertised when booked, however this was sorted easily enough. Charges you for electricity that you use & charges you for linen, so we had to bring our own. We slept for 1 night only due to work and seems a bit excessive to charge for electricity when you're already paying a lot for the stay (I've never experienced this anywhere and I travel a lot) which is deducted from your deposit. WiFi password didn't work at all so made texting the host a picture of the meter even harder on exit / entering. Would rather pay more to stay further afield. Didn't sleep very well due to noise & the room was too light at night due to outside lights.

Having paid £117.00 for a one night stay( which included dog and bedding/ towel fee... or which we had to make up ourselves) . I was charged an extra £1.30 for the electricity we used. We've stayed in far better places for less.

Excellent chalet , lovely an clean , beautiful interior, everything you needed , an pet friendly, can’t fault it

Small but cosy had everything you needed there on a really lovely site and not too far from the beach

my cancellation period had passed then 1 day before i was due to check in i got a text saying i could bring my own bedding and towel or hire some for £7 then i had to leave a cash deposit of £ 50 and i had to pay for the electric that was used i was told i would get it back through my bank account minus the electric used i switched off all appliances at the plug i wasnt using just after i arrived and i somehow used more electric through the night whilst sleeping than i did when i was awake seems strange i wouldnt have booked if i knew i had these extra charges When i already had paid £ 86 for 1 night
