avid hotel Fort Payne by IHG

Comfortable bed and clean room. Plenty of parking even with trailer. Breakfast was good. The doors in this hotel closed quietly even if people let them close by themselves which is great because it means you do not get woken up by slamming doors in the morning.

Two chairs in a room for two would have been nice. As it was one person always had to sit on the bed.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I fell asleep with no issue. We were on the third floor and it was very quiet in the room even with it being the weekend. We heard no hallway noise that is common in some hotels.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Room was very comfortable, as were the beds. Room was very quiet, except for highway road noise, but not that bad. Location was good.

To be a newer hotel the a/c sucks in this hotel and no bacon an it says bacon on the things for breakfast

Clean and comfortable

To close to interstate, I prefer to be a bit further off away from it. Very light sleeper,We checked out. Early but slightly past the 11pm deadline by about an hour or so,and didn't get a partial refund a discount on next stay nothing, We just didn't know our daughters🥎team would be finished so soon,that the tourney would end so early.and her and her team won 3 of the 4 so we got done early and could make the drive back n a day,back home,but when we came in no one was there when we came to eat they were there but with another customer, before we finished eating the pink sign came back out and they disappeared to help another customer we stepped. Out the doors and waited then finally they returned the time being between 12 and 1 with 11 check out, that's my only complaint we didn't use it tried to check out wasn't due to lack on our end, I started calling when we left the ball field going back. No answers.. Got chapped the full night. The room and restroom was kept nice as always,when we stayed,anywhere before this and during this. Either way I learned we will stay or chalk up the entire loss. On leaving or cutting a trip shorter, that's truly my only complaints on this experience.. On arrival and check in staff seemed very kind,just seemed very busy..
