Bedroom comfort and decor. The pool was amazing.

Far away from town with valet only that was understaffed. And it was $50 a day for parking in addition to the resort fee.

The rooms paid were corner units - the blinds don’t cover the window - woken up at 6am daily Breakfast was awful Passed along concerns at checkout - team was very dismissive This place is considered a one and done - many other solutions exist

Overall the Grand Hyatt was absolutely beautiful! It is in a newer area with beautiful views and fun amenities. Our kids especially loved the kids game room, my wife loved the coffee shop, and I personally loved the gym. The only issue was the main floor wing had a sewage smell. Hope to come back and enjoy when this is solved.
