Location & the look

The staffs are not properly train They are lack of Costumer service I called over 15 times before they clean my Apartment once and my stay was for 7days There wasn’t any glass cup in the apartment to drink water So I was drinking from the bottle throughout of my stay & when I ask the Receptionist she was like they will ask the appointment owner to supply it also the only 1 time Dey came to clean the apartment they never change the bedsheets This is an eyesore for me because I’m some1 of high standard & it’s so sad that I did not get value for my money

This place is awesome. You have washer and dryer in units and that makes for a better stay experience. Area is always clean and safe. Apartments are modern and unique from one another. The beach is on the properties and there are several in ground pools to enjoy. It's a great place to stay in the Gambia.

Beautiful location and lovely apartment.

The ambience and location of the hotel is top notch. It is in the centre of the fun spots and has a boundary with the ocean. I like the scenery. I enjoyed sitting by the seaside and watching the sun set. I suggest you get a room at the topmost floor so that you enjoy the beautiful ocean view.

The fact that there is no restaurant onsite at the hotel except a bistro that provides light refreshments although there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance at the Senegambia. Furthermore, the fact that there is no telephone or elevator in the premises makes my stay a bit uncomfortable as one always have to walk down to the reception. The hotel prefers cash and only accepts card at a commission. Since pets are allowed, the cleaning of the rooms ought to be more frequent. I do not encourage the ground floor.
