Bed was comfortable & parking

Most of the lights didn't work couldn't find the bedding until last minute. The electricity was Expensive 2 days £12.67p few tea makes on walls.

Owner had great commuication before and at check in. Easy check in.

Sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable but fine for three nights We have also not received deposit back after more than 48 hours. Didnt hear from owners until 48 hours after check out. Promised return of deposit on Fri when doing banking but still no deposit returned. Have text owner and still no communication.

The location was great, loved how the patio lead onto the grass with small play area. So great for children. Having a dishwasher was fantastic! Oven was gleaming almost looked brand new. Overall the chalet was very clean.

The sofa bed was stained and very uncomfortable, dipped in the middle.. think it was very old. Not enough room for 2. Bathroom was lovely.. however it was smelly and the shower sealant needs changing as was black and mouldy. Still have not received my deposit back, we checked out on 27th August and is now 4th September. On the booking confirmation I should have received this back 48 hours after checkout, I have messaged the host twice and have had no reply.

Outstanding facilities. Very modern. Location perfect and onsite parking. Host has been excellent and no faults.

Very dirty sofa bed and so uncomfortable, dead pillows Cant believe they let this property on this website, First of all owner dont even know how to explain the location as there are 2 kids park which of course they have no idea about. After you book in they will send you txt for deposit and if you dont pay you wont be getting inside the property, they also charge for electricity... seriously cant believe that.. The BEDS....OMG not sure how they have better reviews but believe me this property with that dirty sofabed and pillows shouldn't be on this website...on top they didn't pay back my deposit until 10 days past...we were there just before 4 and txt for the code..they didn't respond until i called and it was 4:15 still i have to call for the code to enter the property.....and which property allows you to check in by 4pm and checkout 10am.... proper rip off....AVOID AVOID AVOID and check pictures i have attached...i think booking.com should delist this property from their website....SOFABED IS A JOKE NO MATTER WHICH DIRECTION YOU SLEEP YOU END UP IN MIDDLE...5 DAYS I HAD BACKPAIN...IF OWNER READING THIS...GO TRY YOURSELF AND CHECK SOFABED HOW FILTHY IS THAT.....not sure if that's your living standards are but people pay to live in hygienic conditions...
