Villa Neshama

Beautiful and peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of Canngu.

- the room was clean and good lightened - the bathroom is beautiful and very good size - the staff soooo friendly and warm especially novy and the security agent - nice small gym with accessories

- location wasn't good, even grab can't catch it - the breakfast wasn't various - weirdly it's 5 stars, can't see how !!!!

Breakfast was good location ok but a bit out but secluded.

Staff were lovely and kind, but not enough to maintain all installations. The place is very pretty, just a shame it's not looked after properly. There is a private cook to serve breakfast, but limited options.

This is not a hotel. No 24hr reception. Lovely people looking after it, but they're on their own. We found it to be not clean enough. Lot's of ants everywhere. Couldn't sleep due to noisy gecko's in the room.

The staff were really attentive, friendly and present, even when we got back really late and had to be let into the complex They always checked if we were ok and if we needed anything, if we wanted breakfast before it finished when we were having a lie in! The overall presentation of the place was lovely, well looked after and the residential dog and cat were lovely additions It was also very clean, has a lot of amenities and extra curricular activities should you want The staff were also kind enough to let us change rooms when the original room we booked was less than what we were expecting

The pool didn't look great, almost as if nobody had used it in a while and while we were there we saw nobody using it Not to be helped but there were an awful amount of ants around the place - again not necessarily the hotel's fault but was a downer
