Paradise! The most beautiful location! Amazing views and incredible culture and snorkeling right on your door step! It is easy to get to and from as they can arrange airport transfers or with a hire car (depending on what else you want to do). The onsite restaurant and bar are amazing, great variety, delicious and well priced.

Absolutely beautiful setting and the staff were just phenomenal. It was our first time in Vanuatu and we will definitely be back. We have recommended M resort to all of our friends and look forward to going back soon! The villas are perfect with everything you could possibly need! The snorkelling is out of this world and they provide equipment too if you aren’t a seasoned snorkeler! Thanks again to Dave and the whole team for a wonderful few days in Vanuatu!

Breakfast was really good and the fresh fruit was great. The evening meals were very tasty and well prepared.

Sea was smooth but there was an undercurrent that made it a bit difficult for an oldie. There were quite a few rocks to navigate getting into the water. However the owners were currently installing a pool.

A huge thank you to Steve and Dave for their exceptional hospitality—they went above and beyond to make our stay so special. We also want to express our gratitude to the amazing resort team, many of whom come from the local village. They were warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Special shoutouts to Pam and Sina for their kindness and attentiveness—you were all fantastic! We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Vanuatu. M Resort & Spa was just a perfect hideaway for us. It’s located by a beautiful reef where you can go snorkelling and stand up paddling. The equipment is provided by the hotel. They also organized a boat trip to Lelepa island for us. The food was delicious and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. It was just a perfect stay! Would definitely come back one day!

Stayed for 5 nights. We liked the ocean views with the island across the water. Great snorkeling and swimming but would require close supervision for children. Reef shoes a must. Very scenic outlook from villa deck. The open undercover dining area was great with a scenic outlook over the water. Surrounding rain forest is great too. Quiet areas with the small amount of guests in a secluded area. Staff are local who were very friendly Stand up paddle boards, kayaks, snorkeling gear and limited reef walking shoes available which is good. Some of the standup paddle boards were deflated and need attention. Window louvre missing in hall What we didn’t like. The resort is labeled as an eco resort which is commendable in today’s environment. Our visit was early November with 29 temps during the day with high humidity day and night. There is no air conditioned rooms in any villas. There is no insect screens on any windows so windows could not be opened at risk of insects and bugs coming in through windows while sleeping to get breeze. Most nights were humid with no breeze. There are ceiling fans which gave a little respite from the humidity so didn’t make for a comfortable sleep. Beds are comfortable. Menu is basic. Limited options for vegetarians but we were accommodated. We were disappointed with quality of food overall. For example we ordered fresh lime juice and got a glass of lime mixer cordial. No condiments in kitchen apart from tea coffee pod machine, and sugar.

Great quiet and peaceful location. Amazing view of ocean from room and restaurant. Beautiful sunset. Reef shoes, snorkels, stand up paddle board, kayak all provided. Comfy bed and lounge. Food served at restaurant is sensational

The location was absolutely stunning, with its private beach and crystal clear waters, beautiful reef and wonderful sunsets, you won’t want to leave. There are wonderful walks through the jungle and the little massage hut overlooking the ocean is a great addition. The beds were very comfortable with quality linen. The food was incredible, the people so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. It was the perfect stay. David and team thank you once again for a wonderful week, it was the little things you did that really made a difference, we will be back for sure.

We loved everything, from the incredible staff (shout out to Olivia, Pam, Trent, Dave, the incredible chefs), the wonderful food and the incredible location. The reef is wonderful for snorkelling, we used the SUPs to paddle to a remote beach and we went out on a boat with a local from the neighbouring village, Coco, to snorkel with giant clams, a sunken WWII plane and more reef. This accom has something for everyone, it’s the perfect retreat. (P.s. the fish curry is to die for).

Nothing, we loved everything. Not a single complaint. However I would recommend bringing your own snorkel gear. They have some available for guest use but it seems some past guests have not looked after these which is disappointing.

What an amazing place to stay for a quiet and private break. The owner Dave is an amazing, thoughtful and kind host.
