Après y avoir passé seulement une nuit, je garde un bon souvenir de cet hôtel. La chambre était grande et confortable. Les lieux étaient propres.

Sur booking.com le site affiche une navette gratuite entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel. En réalité, la navette coûtait 1500 vatu… merci à booking de rectifier cette erreur !

Didn’t like shower, no restaurant no fridge in room

The location is very central and not far from the CBD. The staff were very friendly and awesome and helpful ☺️. The room is big and spacious.

I booked a deluxe twin room. During the last day there were bugs in the room. There was no safe box in the room. A very very old outdated magazine about Vanuatu was in the room. There was no lift therefore if you are old or disabled you have to carry your luggage up to the second and third floor.

Clean and comfortable enough for the price central location. Some staff ok reasonably competent.

Badly managed. Staff had to call manager who was not onsite for every small thing & then argue between themselves. Manager seemed to keep changing the story re what was available to try & get more money. Other guests complained about being moved rooms randomly. Manager whoever they were not competent to manage staff.

The price and the pool was good.

The staff were very lazy and we seemed like an inconvenience to them. Rooms did not get cleaned unless you ask them to do it but no one told us at check in that we would have to request this. They knew very little about anything, no directions, no recommendations, no prices....thank goodness for google and speaking with locals on the street. TV in room only shows chinese programming,

The pool was good

Didn’t give us enough toilet paper, didn’t want to accept our booking at first, held on to my passport, seems like staff are lost in the ether. Not accomodating - don’t stay here.
