We stayed in the Mura Mura Treehouse with my wife and our medium-sized dog, and overall it was a beautiful and memorable stay. The treehouse was absolutely stunning and felt incredibly private - it genuinely felt like we were alone, with all the peace and privacy we needed. Having parking close by was also very convenient. The setting is outstanding. The resort presentation, fittings, finishes and overall design are truly 5-star. The views over the vineyards were beautiful, and because of the size and layout of the property, we were able to enjoy a lovely walk through the vineyard with our dog, who also seemed completely relaxed and happy there. It was tranquil, spacious and very dog-friendly. The food was another major highlight. Radici was magnificent - the quality of the food was genuinely excellent. Breakfast food quality was also very good.

There were a few disappointing details that stopped the stay from feeling fully 5-star in service. We were happy to pay €240 for a couples massage, and we confirmed our specific massage requests with reception beforehand, but unfortunately we received the opposite of what we had asked for. The massage room was also cold. After the massage, the spa/jacuzzi was cold as well, and we were left with the impression that because there were not many guests, the heating may not have been properly on. The breakfast service also needs improvement. The staff felt cold and unwelcoming. We were not greeted, we had to seat ourselves, and we had to ask for water. For a property of this standard, the service should feel much warmer, more attentive and more professional. Overall, this is a truly beautiful resort with 5-star presentation, fittings, views, privacy and food. We would still recommend it, especially the Mura Mura Treehouse, but there are clear lessons to be learnt around spa delivery and front-of-house breakfast service if the property wants the service experience to match the quality of the setting.

Exceptional vacation, we stayed at the tree house, a very unique experience! We had a quiet, relaxed stay at the hotel. The pool was perfect, the staff was attentive and helpful and all the facilities were spot on. Breakfast had a great selection, very healthy and enjoyable.

We had dinner one night in the restaurant, we'd hoped for traditional, local cuisine, but it was over trying to be modern fusion, and not as enjoyable as the rest of our experience. We ordered a glass of wine and got the last drops of the bottle...unacceptable for a high end restaurant.
