The friendliness of the staff. They were willing to help with any questions. I liked that they had hot drinks (coffee, tea and hot chocolate with the fixings) when we came in after our daily excursions.

"Don't "rush the stroke" at cleaning the room lol"

Check in process was super quick. The hotel lobby was clean and welcoming. Room set up was nice & comfortable.

Window in our room was covered in many handprints & smudges. Headboard on my friends bed had handprints & a smudge that looked like a ass print on it. Gross! Clearly we knew what was going on with the people who had the room before us. Not a thorough clean of the room.

The hotel is new. The rooms are very clean and the front desk very friendly. The mattress and bedding were the best I’ve slept on in a long time. The breakfast was fresh with many selections. I will definitely stay here again.
