"If I would have got a refund on day I did not stay then my stay would have been awesome"

I liked pretty much everything just not your cancelation policy.

I booked for 2 days and only needed 1 day. Checked out by 10am on 2nd day and was refused a refund for 2nd day stay.

"Perfect place to stay when visiting the Ark Encounter!"

Everything was super-clean & in excellent shape. Bed & linens were fabulous & resulted in a wonderful night’s sleep. Breakfast was very good & plentiful. Staff were friendly & very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting the Ark Encounter!!!

"Excellent hotel"

Excellent breakfast 🍳, front desk staff very helpful, location good, not far from the Ark, clean rooms.

The only thing is that the luggage cart needs to be vacuumed.
