De locatie is perfect!! De kamer is ruim met een groot bed en fijne faciliteiten.

We sliepen op de begane grond, waardoor we de andere gasten boven ons hoorden en soms de voordeur open/ dichtgaan.

卫生需改进 很多地方受潮 垃圾桶太小了。 有一个下水道下水很慢，另一个下水道会反味。

The location in Old Town was perfect. Steps away from the Spanish Cathedral and so much more.

It was a bit far from a full grocery store but a small convenience store was around the corner for minor needs.

De locatie was perfect. Midden in hartje Sevilla. Echt op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Top!

Excellent location and the building has a lift. Great for 2 friends. Separate bedrooms with ensuites. Small kitchen/ lounge but suitable

We were there for 9 days and they only provided 1 dishwasher tablet and a tiny washing liquid. No other cleaning products were available for us to self clean our bathrooms or sweep the floor.

Host was very helpful and location of the property is in the heart of city nearby to all places.

Only the location was good

Nothing about this property met acceptable standards. The bathroom walls were covered with extensive mold — not a small patch, but widespread colonies across the wall, indicating a serious moisture problem. This is not something that can be properly addressed with basic cleaning and would require professional mold remediation. The apartment also had a strong, unpleasant odor, likely due to severe humidity issues. Aside from the hygiene concerns, there was nothing “luxury” about this property. It did not even provide the standard amenities one would expect from a 3-star hotel. Communication with the property management was extremely poor. After reporting the mold issue, we were ignored for several hours. Only after contacting Booking.com — who advised us to check out immediately due to health concerns — did the property respond, and they still refused to refund the unused portion of our stay. Unfortunately, Booking.com has also not supported us in recovering our payment. I strongly recommend not booking this property and hope Booking.com takes action to address this issue promptly.
