The property was perfectly located to explore the historical area of Seville and the apartment itself was spacious, well appointed and catered for all of our needs. Alberto, the host, was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. He gave us very clear guidance on the check-in process and sent us through a number of restaurant suggestions, which was great considering there were way too many to choose from across Seville. Thank you Alberto for making our stay so comfortable and welcoming - we will most certainly be back!

Nothing, it was perfect!

Excellent location, right in them middel of the old town. 3 minutes to good restaurants and the Cathedral and other top must-see sights. Good rooftop terrace giving a nice break from the bustling city

It was difficult to ventilate the apartment and bathroom properly, resulting in visible mold on the walls in the bathroom and bedroom. It was not a problem to us, but I would expect it to become a problem unless a solution is found, and the walls are properly cleaned in the future.

Location is very central and the room was spacious. The roof terrace was great too. The room had everything we needed, it was perfect for our stay to see friends, explore the city and relax.

The ground floor room was noisy, especially the front door slamming however, in the grand scheme of things that wasn’t an issue.

Dark Dingy No natural light in the bedroom or bathroom and only one window in whole property, onto an alleyway. Very depressing. No coffee machine - had to request one. 1 flat pillow each - requested more and were told no. Asked to be moved to a different apartment, they said no others were available. Photos are a misrepresentation, as the large window in the bedroom leads onto the communal hallway. The young lady who welcomed us was very sweet but was quick to leave as she knew we were not happy. She said to take it up with the office and supplied the number. Apartment was next door to heavy front door that bangs shut. We left our 4 night booking after 2 nights as we were so disappointed with what we had paid a fair amount of money for. The small pool on the terrace had no water flow and looked a green colour. We didn’t want to use it. We moved to a cheaper property that was amazing comparatively.

So clean, everything you need and beautifully done! Perfect for 4 people. Amazing architectural space and beautiful roof terrace. Absolutely amazing location! Hosts were brilliant.

Nothing. It was gorgeous!! Only as a helpful suggestion, the en-suite shower room could benefit from some shelving/ storage as not much space for toiletries. Perhaps another small comfy chair in the lounge area.

주요 관광지가 가까워 위치는 아주 좋습니다. 그러나 차량이 들어올수 없는 위치라 캐리어를 끌고 5분이상 걸어가야 합니다. 내부는 2룸과 욕실도 2개라서 선택했지만 변기가 고장나고 세면대는 작고 물 빠짐이 않되고 세탁기도 고장이었습니다. 전반적으로 관리가 필요합니다.

L’appartement est idéalement situé, en plein centre de Séville, et très bien aménagé. La communication avec nos interlocuteurs a été bonne ils sont disponibles. En revanche, un important problème d’humidité dans la deuxième salle de bain a rendu cette pièce ainsi que la chambre attenante inutilisables, avec de fortes odeurs désagréables. Cela aurait pu nous être signalé avant la réservation, car au vu de cette situation, le rapport qualité-prix n’est plus au rendez-vous. Heureusement, nous n’étions que deux et n’y sommes restés que trois nuits.
