Best Western Premier DJ Hotel

I had a great experience at the Best Western Premier DJ Hotel in Djibouti. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which made communication smooth. The on-site restaurant was excellent—great food and service. The bathroom was spotless, and the furniture looked brand new. Everything was clean, modern, and up to my expectations. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to other travellers.

Extremely helpful staff throughout the stay. There is a cafe (cake & coffee) at 0 floor opposite the front-desk for some food & drink.

Safety, breakfast, staff behavior is good but quite slow in responding

Room carpet was smelling, Nobody came for airport pickup , I made my own arrangement Staff was too slow to respond, service was very slow, they took more than 12 hours to share me the invoice, waited for two hours to make them understand that I need it urgently, Gym treadmill doesn't work

It was clean, with good air con and wifi and I felt safe. Most of the staff were nice but not everyone was competent and there was often miscommunication. The chef prepared a special vegetarian rice dish for me The new manager was very helpful in resolving an issue I had with the airport pickup and went out of his way to make me feel welcome

The airport pickup did not arrive as previously confirmed which was an issue as there was no wifi at the airport and my phone was not in service. And despite airport staff and another passenger calling the hotel, the woman on reception at the time just kept saying '5 minutes'-and it took over 90 minutes.
