Excelente la experiencia de despertar en el mar, todo muy cómodo y limpio y sobre todo tranquilo.

Todo perfecto.

Location was great. Manatees were lovely. The aqua lodge unit was roomy & included most of what we needed. Staff was helpful & willing to offer suggestions.

We seemed to be smelling sewage more than anyone wants to. The units had a/c but no heat & when temp outside dropped to the 50s, that’s about the temp inside too.

Emplacement stratégique pour visiter les Keys. Logement atypique fonctionnel parfait pour 4 personnes. Lieu tranquille. Magasin Publix à 5 minutes à pied. Le plus: La visite des lamantins au réveil.

Les plaques de cuisson qui ne fonctionnaient pas très bien mais ce n’est qu’un détail.

It was a different experience staying on the water. It was nice to see manatees right out in the water on a regular basis. That was very nice.

The boats/lodge has a metal ramp to get in/out of. It was windy when we stayed. The metal ramps made a very loud noise in the wind and kept us up for two straight nights. When we brought this up we were told nothing could be done. It turned out that it could be addressed and on the third night we actually did get some sleep. We could not watch tv. No one could help us. You had to put passwords in like it was fort nox. Even after trying multiple times we could not get access. You should just be able to turn tv on and watch stuff like any hotel in the world allows.
