I like the feeling of being on the water. I also enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings eating breakfast & reading.

WiFi didn’t work the whole time we were there.

Adorable! Well appointed tiny house on the water. We loved sitting on the patio overlooking the water in the mornings. Free use of bicycles to ride down to Sombrero Beach was a lot of fun! A few things to note that were not an issue for us at all: - the ramp to the unit is quite steep. Roller luggage needs a firm hand lol. Anyone with mobility issues might have trouble navigating the ramp. - it is basically a motorhome on the water so the bathroom and shower are smaller. Again, not an issue for us, but noteworthy.

Slight septic smell when flushing the toilet.

The houseboat “11” was clean, well appointed, at the end of a canal. Sitting on the deck was wonderful.

The roosters crow all night (nothing you can do). Property behind Publix some units you can hear delivery trucks

Unique place to stay. Very comfortable.

Good location

The floors inside the property were dirty.

It is similar to a tiny home but on pontoons! We loved being in a harbor with the manatees. The property was safe, convenient, very clean, and close to everything. They had bikes and kayaks for use for free.

This is a great property.
