"Amazing view but disappointed by the amenities/services"

Amazing location/view, quiet environnement, large breakfast choice. Nice restaurant terrace

Mattress & pillows extremely hard/uncomfortable to sleep. Very cold at night in the room, no heating system. Bed sheets & bathroom carpet dirty. Food for dinner not very good, probably frozen food being cooked and very long to be served

It was quiet and the breakfast is good. The nasi goren was great for dinner.

The rooms are old and need renovation. For the sunrise tour the driver was 30’ late (we had to get up at 2am) and it wasn’t the Jeep that we ordered. The excursion was nice though.

"Could be so much better"

The property is well located and the cabins from the outside look great. WiFi worked well in our cabin. The bed linen was clean. The service, however, was really quite bad in the restaurant. Extremely slow - got orders wrong. The tables also weren’t clean. There’s not enough hot water for two showers - barely enough for one to be honest. The temperature in the cabin is either freezing cold at night or boiling hot during the day - they need to find a way to regulate it.
