"Good but extra costs"

Staff was amazing. It was clean and modern.

Everything is extra money. We had to pay 35 Euros for a cot and the hot tub, which I thought was free for guests, was 25 Euros. Pick up from the ferry is 10 euros

The front desk man, Nathan, was a joy to deal with. Great recommendations for things to do, was able to get us reservation for the restaurant and sauna at odd times for them. Provided electric adapters we had forgotten. I can't praise him enough. The spa was great. Transportation to and from the ferry with another nice employee. The restaurant staff were also top notch.

The lap pool and hot tub could have been warmer.

Modern, new, comfortable beds and quiet. Popular restaurant in the lobby area. Great view of St. Pierre town. Shuttle available to and from the ferry. Gym and spa on site.

Shuttle service should be included with the stay.
