Les Terrasses du Port

My recent stay at Les Terrasses can only be described as exceptional! It's a beautiful hotel with lovely, cozy, well-equipped rooms and great views over the harbour. The food was delicious, the staff were very warm, welcoming and helpful and the gym facility incredible. I was sad to only have a 2-night stay and look forward to returning again in the future. I'd highly recommend it!

The mini vacation to recharge your batteries. This hotel is a hidden gem. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. Well though out design and comfortable furnishings. The use of the spa was just what was needed after a day of hiking. Dinner was superb and all staff were friendly and helpful. In the process of planing our next adventure here!!

A beautiful Port side boutique hotel with elegant design lobby, restaurant, spa and apartment suite room with 2 bedroom, kitchen, dining and living space looking over the harbor. The restaurant offers breakfast and gourmet dinners including foie gras ana seafood. Manager Andrea provides patrons with ways to enjoy your time in St Pierre including short boat ride to Isle du Marin historic village. Perfectly located beside French Bakery for delicious croissants. We will return again

We were delighted with this hotel. We were only on a short trip to Saint Pierre with friends so we decided to make sure we stayed somewhere a little more high end. It is about a 15 minute walk from the ferry and the shopping area. It is a little further than some of the other accommodations but still very walkable. The building is beautiful on the outside and very elegant on the inside. There are not many rooms but there is a spa and fitness facility there that looked nice. The restaurant was not open the days we were there but the hotel is next door to a delicious bakery that is opened all day. We had a deluxe room with a queen size bed and a small kitchenette. Although we did not do any cooking, this turned out to be a great benefit as one night it was absolutely pouring and we were able to stay in and invite our friends over as there was a large table there and a fridge for drinks and snacks. The room was decorated very nice and the bed was lovely with a quaint little balcony. Just an FYI,however, to anyone on their first trip to SPM..... air conditioning is not really a thing there. It was extremely humid and hot when we travelled in July and the rooms have nothing more than a small fan. This goes for the shops, restaurants, tourism areas, etc. Needless to say.... it got a little warm at times. The staff was very warm and welcoming and gave us some great suggestions for restaurants and even offered to try and get us some reservations. The main doors do lock in the evening after a certain time (I want to say 8 or 9pm) and you have to buzz and the staff on call will let you in. Our first night there we ended up staying out much later than expected at one of the local bars and when we arrived back we buzzed and called for quite sometime and did not get an answer. We finally had to call a number we found online which I think went right to the manager or someone head up. We were promptly let in a few minutes after that. I really think this was just a fluke accident though and maybe the person working was not near the phone or asleep. No harm done. Overall, would definitely stay here again the next time and have already recommended it to family and friends.

Very modern upscale hotel. A bit out of the way from town. No restaurant so you have to trek into downtown. Very few (5) restaurants in town so make reservation well in advance. What restaurants that are there are very good and well priced. Cab required to ferry. Take the bus tour around the island, very informative.

We spent 2 nights on Saint Pierre. We purposely chose this hotel because it has a fitness centre. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the ferry terminal and we were traveling with a small shoulder bag each. Taxis are available. We were warmly greeting at reception. Our room was bright and modern with all of the necessary conveniences. It has a small kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, sink and necessary dishes and cutlery. The kingsize bed was very comfortable and our view of the harbour was lovely. There is a small breakfast room and a Continental buffet is available for 15 euros…..juice, hot beverage, cold cereals, yoghurt, fruit, pastries and baguettes. A limited a la carte menu is available for an additional 5 euros. The fitness centre is amazing. It offers every piece of equipment imaginable. The gym also offers membership for the community so on occasion it can be a bit busy. Various classes are also available. The hotel also has a spa. We did not use it but was highly recommended by a local person we met. A few steps away from the hotel is a lovely boulangerie and patisserie shop offering an amazing collection of breads, pastries and salads. Note that on Sundays, salads and sandwiches are not offered. Despite the 15 minute walk into town, I would definitely stay here again.
