Near the airport Nice helpful staff

I have loved this hotel since the day it opened and have stayed here many times over the years. Unfortunately, my most recent stay was quite disappointing and did not reflect the standards I have come to expect from a luxury property of this caliber. The biggest disappointment was the pool experience. The pool area seemed to be completely taken over by children, with floaties everywhere—not only children’s inflatables but also large floatation devices and even a surfboard in the pool. Rather than feeling like a refined luxury resort experience, the atmosphere felt more like a family water park. It was disappointing to see such a prestigious hotel allow this level of disruption in what should be a relaxing environment for all guests. While the room itself was comfortable, signs of declining maintenance were evident. The bathroom mirror had visible rust, and the grout between the shower tiles was deteriorating and coming out in several areas. These may seem like minor details, but they are exactly the kind of details that distinguish a truly luxury hotel from an average one. I am genuinely surprised to see this hotel taking what appears to be a negative turn, especially given the excellent reputation it built over the years. Sadly, based on this experience, I do not plan to return. That said, if you are traveling with children, this may be an excellent choice for your family. The hotel clearly caters to families, and children can enjoy the facilities with very few restrictions. For reference, my room number during this stay was 460.

Breakfast each morning was great, lots of variety and the staff especially Salma were so welcoming. Room was spotless and the E butler service was an amazing addition, very prompt and could not offer more help to us. We dined in most of the restaurants during our staff and every meal in the half board menu was superb. All of the pool guys who offer towel and water were so friendly and however busy always made sure we were ok.

My only recommendation would be to reconsider placing families in the rooms above Coya. For 2 out of our 4 nights the loud music from 9pm on Thursday and Friday night until midnight/1am was slightly disrupting the sleep of our 7 month old.
