Location and staff! All the staff was super friendly and attentive. Walking distance from Condado beach and La Placita.

The bathrooms of the hotel are very strange even for a modern type of hotel. The bathroom of the second stay didn’t had a door! Just a curtain, so it was a little uncomfortable doing anything but brushing your teeth and showering. Please nobody wants to go #2 with somebody listening and smelling it. The first room at least had a door, it was a full window door where you can see the person, not even blurry silhouette, the whole person sitting in the throne 🫅. The hotel overall was great just the bathroom thing was uncomfortable but the bathrooms were clean.
