La ubicación fue sensacional, pues estaba bien cerca del Centro de Bellas Artes donde acudí a un concierto y lo mejor que no tuve que utilizar mi vehículo para llegar. El personal fue muy atento y servicial. Mi habitación estaba ubicada en el 7mo piso, cerca de la terraza y los jacuzzi. Aunque tuve que esperar un poco por la habitación, el empleado la dejó sumamente limpia y estuvo súper cómoda e ideal para mi hija y para mi. Aunque no tiene estacionamiento propio, hay uno cerca, donde pude dejar el vehículo pagando una tarifa. El Metro Art Hotel no cuenta con Restaurante, pero si tiene cerca varios establecimientos de comida.

Convenient location, clean, comfortable room, great customer service. I go often from to San Juan for internal tourism and the price is affordable to come back often.

There is no parking!! They should get valet parking arrangements with the next door parking garage of course either extra daily fee.

Un espacio muy limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado

The room size is very comfortable, and the staff is very attentive. The station to catch the bus to Old San Juan is across the street and the coffee machine is an appreciated bonus.

The lobby entrance is dark and strange; when we arrived, we thought the interior of the hotel would be the same—but it wasn't. Once we reached our floor, everything looked clean and brightly lit. I suggest you remodel the lobby and replace those carpets.
