La noche previa a irnos, el agua caliente no servia! El recepcionista dijo que no podia hacer nada hasta el dia siguiente....

"Noise and billing transparency"

Unfortunately, our stay at Métro Art Hotel did not live up to expectations. The generator noise was so severe that we were forced to ask for a room change — something no guest should have to do just to sleep comfortably. We were then surprised to find an additional charge of nearly $70 on our bill, with no prior notice or explanation. While the room change itself was handled, the complete absence of transparency around the extra cost left a very sour note on what should have been a pleasant experience. We would strongly encourage management to address both the noise issue and their communication around pricing.
