Quality Inn & Suites Columbia Harbison

First of all, from the day we arrived, the reception staff was very friendly. When we got to the room, everything was clean—from the hallways to the rooms. We loved the area; there are many restaurants nearby, and you don’t need a car because you can walk everywhere. Everything was spectacular! We were a bit far from the military base, but it was 100% worth it

The beds were wo derful, the bathroom/shower was amazing!! Overall, I would recommend and go back.

Breakfast could have been better

The hotel was clean, and quiet. The free breakfast was good. The hotel grounds were well kept up, and the hotel was in an area that was quiet, and projected a safe area.

I had a problem with the staff prior to checking in. I am a disabled person who requires a Service Dog in my daily activities. I related this to the staff in my reservation notes. The hotel told me that they did not allow pets. I explained that my animal is a Service Animal. The hotel staff then requested documentation. (This is against the law. re. A.D.A.) As my dog is vetted, I provided my dogs documentation. I was then emailed that they would not honor my reservation, In fact, I was asked to cancel my reservation. I ended up calling Choice Hotels, and requesting that they resolve my issue; which they did.

Nice and quiet. Friendly professional staff. I would prefer a tub over a glass shower though
