Quality Inn & Suites Columbia Harbison

We stayed here after the USC football game. The problems we ran into were 1. The beds are VERY firm. If you don’t enjoy a firm mattress, this is not the place for you. 2. Our toilet was clogged upon arriving. When we called the front desk we were told there was no plunger on site and we’d have to wait until morning to see if someone could fix it. By then we were checking out so very inconvenient. 3. The breakfast was subpar. Would stay somewhere else in the future.

Guy working the desk when I check in was nice. The room also LOOKED nice. However after a short period of time I realized the room was infested with roaches.

Room is infested with roaches. Spotted at least 6-7 in about 5 minutes. The floors were also very slippery when I arrived I assumed they were recently mopped or something but since they’re still slick, I realize it’s likely roach spray

Very clean room. Friendly staff. I love the motion lights that light up in the room at night when you get out of bed. Will stay there again!

Night light and extra towel for use at night and morning

I really enjoyed the friendliness upon my arrival to check in, they were very kind and courteous, and the lobby smelled amazing. My room was nice, very up today, however, the bed is definitely uncomfortable they need new mattresses, when I call to ask for towels the next day I was questioning about my request, however they did bring them. I saw a roach and the bedroom part, that pertured me a little bit to think that I could be bringing roaches home with me. However, all in all it was a pleasant stay, but y'all could do something about the parking lot absolutely horrible as far as parking late night. Thank you
