"The property was not cleaned to our standards,the grass was not cut,we couldn't enjoy the patio area"

We were unable to enjoy the patio because the grass was not cut and there was no patio furniture. There was an ant problem in the living room.It was difficult to get the precise location after being given 2 different addresses. We drove around aimlessly! It was also hard to get the keys out the lockbox. The property was unkept,not very clean as the pictures indicated on the Internet. There was a large stain on sofa. Trash around the property.
