Stylish & Family Friendly 2BR at Downtown Washington DC

L’appartement était très propre et très bien équipé. Le quartier de Bloomingdale est très agréable, on trouve plein de petits restaurants sympathiques. Une ligne de bus passe devant qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Washington et le métro très facilement.

Pas de point négatif à signaler

Easy access to bus, spacious considering the location, comfortable beds (memory foam I think), felt safe, restaurants near by, easy access with key code.

The apartment was cleaned, but there were some areas that seemed overlooked. We did get access to the space a little early, so maybe that’s why. Overall that would not deter my returning.

Heel veel ruimte. Goede faciliteiten (incl wasmachine en droger) en buitengewoon gesitueerd: lopende naar Convention Center en National Mall, White House etc. Leuke buurt met veel restaurants

La situation proche de Washington et des arrêts de bus - station de vélo libre service juste à côté. La communication avec les propriétaires qui prennent soin de leurs occupants. Les 2 belles chambres.

Le séjour balcon (couvert) un peu petit pour 3 personnes

Die Lage ist prima, gute Nachbarschaft mit einzelnen Restaurants etc. Per Uber kann kommt man günstig und schnell in die Innenstadt (ca 9-15€ in 2025 je nach Uhrzeit).

Schwache Klimaanlage, die schwerlich im Hochsommer (Washington hat ca 30 Grad im Sommer) das gesamte Appartement kühlt. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr einfach und billig gehalten, die Person, die die Kochutensilien gekauft hat, scheint noch nie eine Küche benutzt zu haben. Auch wenn der Preis ok ist für ein Appartment in Washington, scheint das diese Wohnung in manchen Ecken nicht gut geputzt (z.B. sehr dicke Staubschixht auf den Billig-Ventilatoren) und der die bauliche Qualität ist auch für US Verhältnisse so „naja“.

The booking was great overall. Although there were only two of us for the booking, we enjoyed having a room to ourselves and the four beds available. We also loved being able to wind down after a long and busy day to relax and watch streaming services on giant TVs. It was a lovely stay! The neighborhood was nice, a good distance from everything, and the host was super attentive by staying in contact with us before and during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

The bathroom was quite small, but it was adequate for getting a cool shower after a sweaty day

The appartment had indeed two bedrooms, with decent space. The kitchen was well equipped, and it has a nice breakfasts terrace. The location is very good, in a nice neighbourhood, well connected to the Union Station and the main landmarks. It has a good market close by, as well as restaurants.

The cleaning could have been more thorough. The hot water took some time in the bathroom and there was none in the kitchen. The electricity went off at some point in halft of the apartment. The doorknob at the one of the bedrooms was almost falling off.
