Convenient to the race we were competing in

The elevator was broken my husband band had recent knee surgery and it created added stress physically and mentally for him to have to climb stairs to get everywhere . The hair dryer also did not work.

The location is fantastic.

We received a message that we could check in early, which was great, but when we got to the facility, we were told that we couldn’t check in immediately. That really wasn’t that big of a deal, however, we had some situations that were worth noting. The pullout mattress was absolutely filthy. There were stains all over it, and it was quite gross with food and other items. I made the host aware of these, but nothing was done. The body wash, conditioner, and shampoo dispensers are right at hip level and not on the back of the shower. Needless to say when you would turn around, you are touching the dispensers. The dispensers were empty when we got there and I looked at the lids and they were brown and dirty. I sent a message to the host and they brought us up three bottles of partially used shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.… This was a trip father-son trip, and if my wife would and daughter would have been there, we would not have been staying at this unit.

When I did the check in, my name was not there , took a long time for the guys find my reservation and setup everything, this happened after pay for booking week ago and with security deposit full price. Need better communication with 3th part and hotel with reservations.

The Property Manager gave us confusing email, i mean 3 different codes to unlock the door,it took us 1 hour to call and clarify the exact door codes, The Property Manager did not even bother to reply right away the moment we had trouble unlocking the door, and finally there was a Representative who gave us the door codes,we will never recommend RM 239 to any of our friends ever,and also until now the Property Manager- Manish did not return back our $300 deposit, what a shame
