Location, apartment size made it actually feel like home. The apartment had everything you could possibly want. The only thing is that the iron has a few exposed wires, not dangerous but it should be replaced.

Everything. Pure luxury and better than the photographs show. Spotless and so well equipped. The kitchen,the bathroom,the welcoming basket,the travellers eternity pack,slippers... nothing had been forgotten. The entire property,the room, and somehow even outside always smelled beautiful and fresh. The bed was super comfortable with plush soft bedding, and the towels provided were top quality. The building is in an amazing location and is very upscale with friendly and professional staff throughout the building. Very secure. 2 minute walk to Uptown Mall and surrounded by markets and every kind of restaurant you could imagine. Tremendous value for such a beautiful condominium. The Grand Hyatt across the street charges more for one night for a very uninspiring room than I paid for 4 nights here. The typhoon that came through on my last night didn't affect my stay,but I half-heartedly wanted my flight the next morning to Cebu to be cancelled so I could stay another night. It was that nice here. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO THE PROPERTY HOSTS. They were so helpful and easy to contact and replied promptly to any questions I had. They were the ultimate representation to host this fine property and deserve a well-deserved mention in this review. I would rate them 100☆ if it was possible. THANK YOU ALL.

Beautiful interior. Very spacious for a studio apartment. Terrific location.

Clean Unit.

The room was cozy and more than enough for my partner and I. The view at night was gorgeous.

The wait time for the elevator was extremely long. There were times were only one elevator was working and there was about 30 people in line waiting to go up.

The apartment was very nice , comfortable and well located . The staff was terrible , just indifferent and rude

You need to put the right name of the building so people can easily find the location, (One Uptown Residence), not just Luxury condo. We had problems finding the place. A photo of the front of the building would be a great start. The lack of communication with the host, She should have told us what we really need to do to check in. She didn't say we needed to send our ids. The reception can't find our names even though we already gave our id.
