"No wifi or internet greatly affected my few hours stay. Had to connect to the lobby wifi which was not very comfortable."

No wifi and it says on the site - pool wifi city view. Internet connection is very essential especially for foreign travelers.

I really appreciated the fact that the room looked identical to the pictures. The room was spotless when we arrived. We appreciated the snacks and bottled water for us. I also loved how there was an app provided with information about the building and the surrounding areas of BGC. The check in process was simple. I filled out the require forms and was already registered with the front desk upon arrival. The location was fantastic. It's walking distance to several malls in the area.

The only issue we had was the water heater did not make the water hot enough. Everything else was perfect.

Location is prime. Len was fast enough to take care of the bathroom issue. Bedroom is roomy nice and clean .

The small living room color looks dim, maybe a brighter color is better.
