The location was convenient.

The room was not properly cleaned, and there were visible stains on the floor. The toilet had issues and was not fixed even after I reported it. The staff did not clean the room after my complaint and refused to provide a room change or refund. Some staff members appeared to be under the influence of alcohol while on duty and behaved unprofessionally. One staff member took a photo of my mother without her consent, which is a serious privacy violation. I have filed a formal complaint regarding these issues (Police station)

Das Zimmer im Keller mit Blick auf eine Wand, man konnte nicht lüften, das Zimmer war entsprechend stickig, Mücken und kein Mosquitonetz, Ausstattung alt, unbequeme Betten, viel zu teuer

Останавились в отеле, чтобы отдохнуть после долгого перелёта. Выбираем его второй раз, потому что очень хорошее расположение, компетентный, дружелюбный персонал, фото номеров соответствует реальности. Отдохнули, выспались:чистое постельное белье, чисто в номере, хороший напор воды, кондиционер работает, в номере есть чай, кофе, вода, на ресепшен нам вызвали такси до автовокзала. Рекомендуем.
