Location good

1st of all they charged extra money for AC room... We checked in at 11.00 PM & checked out at 10.00 AM. We went for city tour, leaving our baggage at the hotel lobby. We came back in the evening and asked to use the toilet to freshen up. They offered to use the Staffs toilet, which was very poor.

"The traffic is crazy,too wet for me in Kandy but great up the coast in Matara."

This is the third time I have stayed there.It is close to central Colombo.The staff are very accommodating.They allowed me to leave my bags there until 7pm .I did book a Pick. A ride to the airport.Ten minutes late I sent a message.Sorry sir car broken.A lady staying at Mercury rang me an Uber TUKTUK 3500 rph A great trip and faster than the car would have been.It is also good to have a jug in the room for tea.

It’s a little tired.An old hotel ,but a good price.The shower in my room malfunctioned.The manager let me use another.
