Our parking permit wasn't available and we had to pay out of our own pocket. The amount was offered after the stay if we supply our bank details. Abdul who assisted us with this could have organised parking by paying on-line with no cost to us, but said he couldn't sort it till Monday. Instead we had to leave our car in an unsecured parking place. We had to enter and exit through the underground car park. A bit creepy Abdul offered us alternative accommodation 10mins away but wouldn't tell us where. Getting the keys from a locked box across the road in a dirty, smelly public parking area. Apartment was not really ready. a couple of things broken and TV not working Friday night. Not enough hot water for two showers. We just want relax when we arrived. No chance of that.
GBI like the environment, the rooms, kitchen and sitting room. I like the toilets, they're spacious.
I didn't like the both sinks in the toilet as they're not draining out water after brushing teeth and washing hands. No hand wash in the toilets. I didn't like the beds. They can do better by changing beds. Sitting room blind needs repairing, not holding when draw up.

Given there was a kitchen, it would have been useful if there was an oven glove and some washing up liquid, a brush, and a tea towel. I had to use shampoo from the bathroom to wash up dishes.
