GBGreat location just off the canal with lots of places to eat. was very quiet considering its in the city and secure parking was great. The kitchen and bathrooms are in need of some refurbishment along with the blinds in the bedrooms.

DEThe apartment was in a great location, just a 2-minute walk from the Mailbox Shopping Centre, with a Tesco conveniently nearby as well. The car park was very secure, which was a plus. The management team was responsive and quick to provide solutions for the issues we encountered during our stay.
When we arrived, we began noticing a series of issues that were quite disappointing. It started with white stains on the couch, followed by a broken shower, hair in both the shower and on the bed, and black stains on the towels. Additionally, the fridge door didn’t open properly. We also experienced a day when the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, though that issue was resolved quickly. Overall, these problems made us feel uncomfortable and very disappointed, especially as we were looking forward to a pleasant stay over New Year. On a positive note, the team was supportive, sending cleaners and a maintenance technician to address the issues, including fixing the shower. However, these steps wouldn’t have been necessary if the apartment had been properly inspected and prepared before our arrival.
