"Good for a week at the beach, but not a luxury stay."

The location is great, the tiki bar on the beach/main floor restaurant was very convenient.

The worst part was that one of the bedrooms had significant water damage on the ceiling and wall to the point where the drywall was deteriorating. Would make sure that has been fixed before staying.

It was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for 4 adults and a baby. We loved having a pool, the beach, a tiki bar/restaurant and an Italian restaurant all on the property.

We had no complaints.

Loved being at the beach and ate at the tiki bar often. Walking distance to Lauderdale By The Sea! Large bedrooms!

Property overlooked the parking lot. We could hear doors slamming and people talking quite a bit. Several hairs on floor, rugs throughout :( Orange couch not comfortable and worn. Dishwasher wasn't installed and so we couldn't open one drawer. Hard time regulating a/c in Master and the "3rd bedroom" is not really a bedroom.

Location was great, nice beach, nice pool, can walk to some convenient spots and decent restaurants. Kitchen is small but functional. Main bed rooms were spacious and clean.

I would not call it three bedrooms. The third "bedroom" appears to be a converted sunroom that has double doors connecting it to the other bedroom and it was tough to keep them closed and if you kept them closed there was wasn't really room to maneuver around the bed or have luggage. Also the two bathrooms are only accessible from the main bedrooms so even if you are able to keep the third "bedroom" actually separate, that room is cut off from any bathroom access. Parking is actually $18 a day. Not the $15 that was in the listing. Strong smell of smoke at various places throughout the building, and somewhat dusty filters. Wouldn't recommend for people with allergies. Living room pretty dark. Not a lot of overhead lighting and between the switches and the remotes it was cumbersome to use.

Great location! Awesome tiki bar and fantastic Italian restaurant right in the resort. Easy communication with owner.

Could use more towels. Didn't like that u need to go through a bedroom to use a restroom.
