The views and the full apartment inside was very very nice just a shame the fellow neighbours don’t keep the hallways clean

Size of apartment and balcony, view.

Lifts didn’t work. Was sent check in instructions late. Sofa bed broken. Shower doesn’t drain. Cooker hob glass smashed. TV screen doesn’t work.

The view was incredible, had everything we needed!

Only thing I’d say which would have been a little more beneficial would be the timing of communication. So guest is well aware of the steps to follow upon arrival. But everything was easy to follow once sent!

The place smells of sweat and the bedding didn't look clean, the sofa bed is falling apart, it needs a good paint and clean
