The room decor is fantastic, the place is very beautiful, and the staff are extremely polite , friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff.

There were items missing from the room’s minibar from the start, and I was asked about them during checkout. This matter needs better organization.

The friendly staff and the cleansiness

The staff are very helpful, especially Seif, Reda, Ahmed, and Hussein. Housekeeping is also good. The hotel is for relaxing, the pool was nice. The beach is nice but has high waves due to windy days. Overall, it was a good short trip.

The restaurant is a bit expensive for lunch or dinner meals. The breakfast could be better for the money spent. Especially no other restaurants or supermarkets naerby. The sea is not always calm. If windy days you can't go swimming.
