The bed matress was not that comfortable

The place is beautiful with nice pool and beach

The service is really bad for such an expensive hotel. We had to leave max 7 in the morning because my friend had an important meeting. So we ordered the breakfast the night before at 6.30 in the morning. We waited 1 hour for hem to bring a very basic Egyptian breakfast that didn't include anything that we ordered. Next we have to wait 20 min to check out because they have to check the minibar. This is the kind of service I expect and accept for a cheap hotel not not when paying 200 dollars for per night.

The place is really nice the whole atmosphere and the stuff were really friendly and want to make you happy

The only thing that wasn’t as good as the rest was the food quality But to be honest the chef when I complained came himself and tried so hard to make it up for us

Breakfast was amazing ,full of varieties ,location for restaurant is brilliant . I liked the service specially from Seid &Reda and the reception
