Location was easy to find, and self check in was quick. Beds were super comfy. Secure roadside parking. Friendly host.

No separate living room was available, no dedicated kitchen (forcefully made kitchen attached to a room). Washroom's one led light kept blinking all the time.

Location is not near to Al-Haram

Area was good. It had grocery, pharmacy and mosque near by. It also has a uphill barbeque station from where you can see the city view. But obviously you need a car to go around. Masjid E Nabawi is 15 mins drive. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Few problems. 1. No Qibla Direction in the room. 2. No Quran 3. Very less kitchen appliances (missing few basic like frying pan, strainer, tong, etc) 4. Bathroom needs big time makeover - The water pressure in the pipe was too less, bad drainage system, you have to keep mopping the floor, it stinks sometimes, no change of towels. not enough towels for a family.

I recently stayed and the check-in process was smooth, and the team was friendly. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall experience.

There was ongoing construction at the back side of the building, and the noise was unbearable. It started early in the morning and went till afternoon, making it impossible to relax or get a decent night's sleep. I wish the hotel had been upfront about this issue when I booked. If you value peace and quiet during your stay, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere until the construction is complete. This was not the relaxing experience I had hoped for.

One front desk (reception area) would be perfect so guests can reach someone fast instead of calling someone for something that you may need.

not a big deal but need a littile bit fix things in apartment but overall very good

The apartment was awesome. Everything i needed was there except the ironer.

If you are there to pray all the prayers in Alharam you need a car. The location a bit far to buses and share taxies. But if you have a car, alharam parking is very accessable from the location.
