Property is good with amenities at good price

No problem as such.

Location, cleaniness.

Water was too hot . Water storage fiber tanks up on the top in KSA heat can give you hot burns .

customer service - I raised the complaint with customer service which they responded by shifting me to the other better room F3 but it was next day which at least solved my issues for better

maintenance -they cleaned after the arrival of guest which delayed my check in and the room allotted to me was not perfect and air conditioner was not working - the maintenance people didn't checked before arrival I was allotted E1 by customer service but on arrival they gave me E2 which was not UpTo the standard and moreover ac was not working and toilet was cleaned after the arrival.I was disappointed.

Cleanliness and overall behavior of staff especially Mr Ahmed. The rooms are very specious and well kept. Plenty of light and charging points. Beds are comfy and much more The ease of check in.

Far off property. No eating joints nearby. Suitable only if you have your own car with you. One thing which I didn’t like is that there is no signboard on the so called hotel which creates problems in reaching to the same . I didn’t understand the reason. The second visit will hopefully be comfortable

Property is neat and clean Good host and comfortable area. Quiet area.

Market is not close but a little walking distance you can get what you need
