Free Parking. Excellent Location for Shops Restaurants and Public Transport links. Size of living area. Cooking facilities & equipment. Coffee Machine Extra large TV & WiFi Nice colour scheme.

Size of bedroom which I understand cant be changed but was really difficult to get around from window side and impossible to get dressed in there. Maybe a double divan with underneath storage & without a frame would maximise the space available. But old sprung mattress definately needs replacement. There was a mattress topper but it did not help improve comfort. If all clothes were hung on hangers on the hook provided it was impossible to get by. Only 4 tiny drawers for storage. Suitcases had to be stored on floor in lounge and we lived out of them for the week. Bathroom very tight too but it had a lovely bath excellent shower beautiful large fluffy towels and good storage. Fridge leaked entire week....probably because it was unable to work efficiently as the ice box was completely full of ice. Impossible to get anything in it! When butter stored in door it was warm and soft. Couple of armchairs instead of a bedsettee might improve lounge comfort as this accommodation is not big enough for more than two adults.

I liked the price for 2 nights, was nice & spacious, big living room! Comfortable beds & overall nice apartment!

The fact there was only one shower & the coffee machine either wouldn't work or we just couldn't get it working

Very clean looked like recently refurbished. Good kitchen and sitting space and TV.

Stairs up to flat. Very tight space in bedroom and bathroom especially toilet. Noisy people outside at times at night.

Very clean, good location and facilities and the owner was very attentive and helpful.

Sofa bed was a wee bit uncomfortable but can’t grumble really!

Great location for beach, boscombe shops and AFC Bournemouth. Easy bus ride or 30 to 45 min walk into town centre. Huge TV in living area with netflix and amazon prime. Kitchen facilities great. Parking right next to accommodation. Would recommend for two people and consider using again.

Telephone number given was not recognised so couldn't contact host. Could do with small table and chairs for eating or room at the end of breakfast bar. Anymore that two people staying would be uncomfortable. Toilet flush tricky to use.

The apartment is very nice 😊 everything at a high level. Very helpful owner everything as described. I really recommend this nice apartment. We will definitely go back there 😊

Decoration and location was key for us. We wanted quiet yet centric and this flat ticked all the boxes. Chris was an exceptional host and helped us on every occasion we needed him, even when we thought we took the apartment keys but we didn't and we got ourselves locked out. We greatly appreciate his hospitality
