Place was clean and sitting room was a good size. Bed was comfortable. Access arrangements worked fine

The heating was hard to work out and the bedroom was very hot, bathroom seemed to have no heating and was cold. We spent less than 12 hours in the place so it wasn't so much an issue but if I was booked for longer I would have wanted information on how the heating worked.

The location was perfect, very easy to get to places. The flat was amazing and had everything you could have needed in there including a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were so friendly and happy to help at any given time.

The only issue we had was with the hot water for the shower.

Walking into the property, I was so happy with my choice of Airbnb, it was light, clean and well designed, the TV in both rooms had Netflix which was a bonus and communication was exceptional throughout my stay with the owner. The sauna and gym downstairs was great in the evening. I would highly recommend.

- Location was great, a short drive away from beach. - Cot provided for infant. - Interior decor was quite nice, with marble flooring. - Free parking provided. - Able to use communal Sauna in basement. - Good communication via Booking.com - All kitchen utilities in working order. - TV and Netflix subscription.

- Bin lid broken. - Toilet handle loose and broken. - Hot water flow stopped in the middle of a shower. Waited 20 minutes in the freezing cold, but hot water did not come back till the next day. It is clear that hot water is shared between the flats and there is no combi/mega flow boiler at the property. - Rooms are very narrow and small. Limited space makes it very difficult to sit on the toilet properly. - Bed extremely fragile for a married couple, eith a very weak base. - Under and around the bed we found fake petals that were not cleaned and vacuumed from previous stay. - Sauna in basement is in a room where damp is getting out of control, with dehumidifier boxes in each corner.

nice stay, located near a Sainsbury’s which is convenient. ideal if going to Bournemouth FC. clean and spacious would stop again
