The location is beside shopping mall. There is a link bridge to the mall. Facilities like gym and swimming pool is available. Parking lot is available. Got own parking slot. The mailbox area is at lobby, easy to find. The check in and out instructions are easy to follow and clear. The kitchenware is complete. I love the surprise of the welcome snack, so lovely! Thanks! There are convenient stores below the apartment, or near the link bridge to the mall. The apartments is not packed with residents, usually very quiet and very peaceful. The night view from the balcony is good.

The lift is mostly packed, need to expect more waiting time for the lift. The link bridge to the mall is not convenient for those who bring along baby troller or wheelchair, there is an obstacles to block the entrance. Some facilities inside the unit is not functioning well, the door from one bedroom cannot be closed or locked; the aircon in one bedroom has loud noise and smelly, and not cooling. The floor in bathroom is very slippery, advised to bring your own slipper to wear when shower. There are steps in master bedroom's bathroom, senior citizens or children need to be very careful. The bed in master room was old and not firm, those with back problem need to be careful when sleep on it. Not many plugs available, suggested to bring plug extenders.

Location was good.

Property does not look like what was advertised. Pictures in listing is outdated and apartment was not the cleanest. There was an overpowering smell once you entered the property and toilets smelt musky. There were webs on the walls and one of the bed in the master bedroom was concaved. There also no extra toilet rolls or trash bags provided for our family of 8; 4 nights stay. Overall, wouldn’t recommend even for the price.
